Triple Batch

Today was bread baking day.You need to be careful if you triple a recipe that has yeast in it . It will keep rising until it's not any room for it. For those of you who saw my clothes hanging out it has made a difference my bill this month was $99. Yeah!!!

Out of a triple batch we were able to make 14 cinnamon rolls, 5 strombolis, 3 small loaves and
3 large loaves.

The Blimp

We were on our way to Sam's Club on Friday when we saw the blimp so we decided to follow it over to the blimp port . It was really cool. We got to see it land . Morgan thought it was really funny to watch this really big man that was out there run after the blimp trying to help stop it.
We just stopped on the side of the road and watched.

1st Beach Trip of the Year

Thursday we went over to Tybee. They have really changed the way things look it's so much more attractive. Tyler did a little skim boarding while Lulu and Cade just played around.

Frugal, Food, and Fun

We had a really good weekend Saturday we went to Bluffton SC for Taekwondo testing and then went over to Hilton Head Island to the beach since we were so close. I forgot to take my camera.
Saturday night the kids spent the night with Mema and Grandaddy. Sunday when the kids got home we went to the park to play baseball and then we worked in the yard.Monday morning we baked bread.

Cade had just given me a kiss but Morgan took the picture after the fact and it looks like I'm going to bite or inhale him.

This is totally miscellaneous. These are pieces of wonderful art that my Cubbies at AWANA made me.

I have started hanging out my clothes to help save on my electric bill but to be honest I enjoy it and I think that some of my clothes dry faster on the line.

I think they are so pretty hanging on the line.

We made bread this morning from scratch. It makes the best peanut butterand jelly sandwiches
that's what we had for lunch today. Cade loved making the bread.

Everyone got to knead the bread

This wooden bowl that we were kneading the bread in was my Grandmothers I'm sure she would never thought that bread would still be made in it.

Then we let it rise.

This what we made 14 cinnamin rolls, 3 regular loaves, 1 Italian loaf, and 12 cheese dinner rolls

It was so yummy!!

This is fruit and veggies that I got from Heritage Farms which is a local organic farm that sales boxes for $25 dollars this is what came in my box this week. Isn't that such a pretty picture!!
